EVENT CONDUCT & SAFETY POLICY
By entering this event, all attendees automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. No exceptions.
1. NO FIGHTING / VIOLENCE
• Fighting, physical altercations, threats, or aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Anyone involved in a fight will be immediately removed from the event.
• All individuals involved are fully responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by their actions.
• Event organizers, staff, and venue are not liable for incidents caused by attendee misconduct.
2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
• If you engage in a fight or disruptive behavior, you assume full legal and financial responsibility for:
• Injuries to yourself or others
• Property damage
• Legal consequences or claims
3. NO WEAPONS
• Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
• Firearms
• Knives
• Blades
• Tasers
• Any object intended to cause harm
• Anyone found with a weapon will be denied entry or removed immediately.
4. NO SMOKING
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the event, including:
• Cigarettes
• Vapes
• E-cigarettes
• Any smoking devices
• Violators may be removed without warning.
5. ENFORCEMENT
• Security and event staff have full authority
to enforce these rules.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
6. AGREEMENT UPON ENTRY
• Entry into the event constitutes full acceptance of all rules listed above.
• Ignorance of the policy is not an excuse.
Photography, Media & Consent
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded.
Media from the event may be used for promotional purposes across social media and other platforms.
If you wish not to appear in the media, please inform a staff member or email us before the event
Alcohol & Bottle Service
Alcohol will be served in accordance with state and venue regulations.
No outside food or beverages are permitted.
Unused bottles cannot be taken off-premises or credited toward future events.
Bottle service availability is subject to management discretion.
Entry & Identification
All attendees must be 21 years or older.
Valid government-issued ID is required for entry and alcohol service.
Entry will be denied without valid ID, even with a valid ticket.
ONE BIGS Ent. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for misconduct or failure to comply with event policies.
Ticket Policy
No refund or exchanges and under the circumstances the event is canceled ticket is good for rescheduled date and time
Event Changes & Cancellation
ONE BIGS Ent. reserves the right to make changes to venue, time, entertainment, or schedule without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified by email and are eligible for a refund or event credit.
If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.
Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
Attendees assume all risks related to participation in the event.
By purchasing a ticket, you release ONE BIGS Ent. and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages sustained at the event.
Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or possession of a ticket indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
